  • I need help with custody of nonparent information.

  • My girlfriend works for Maricopa County. A co worker is on FMLA and has excused/FMLA absenses at least 6 hours weekley. This employee was assigned overtime that the other eligable employees believe should be offered to them. Can a full time employee that is currently on FMLA work overtime?
  • I applied for veteran's court here in Anoka County, MN. I was sentenced at traditional court with 120 days forthwith and then a staggered sentence totalling 365 days. As part of my sentence I am now required to complete veteran's treatment after my release from incarceration. When I applied for veteran's court I was under the impression that it was in lieu of incarceration. Also I was not offered a stay of adjudication, only a stay of imposition. There seems to be no incentive for vet's court for me other than I have to do it or get a probation violation. Is that legal?

  • I recently entered in to a lease with myself, my long time girlfriend, and her friend. We used my credit to qualify because neither of them has credit. The friend and I put most of the money down for the deposits and all utilities are in my name. Less than a month after we made the move, my girlfriend terminated our relationship.
