QUESTIONS

  • As a former tenant. I did not have a final walk through with former landlord. He repeated said I didnt have to be present. I met with him after he sent me an itemized repair list. When I showed up to property. To my knowledge all of the repairs he itemized where repaired. He did most of the work. I never had a final walk through nor sign of on the damages he is charging me for. Nor was I allowed to fix the problem myself. He simply took it upon himself to fix the problems before I had an opportunity to fix myself. Did he violate my rights?
  • I was in a chapter 13 with my only debt being my mortgage. I found out Monday my house has been sold at auction. I never received any type of notifications that my chapter 13 had been dismissed,or any notifications that I was in foreclosure, as a matter of fact I had sent the mortgage co $4,000 the previous month. I believe the sale of my house was illegal since I was never notified..Is this true, if I am never given the opportunity to save my house which are required by law and can I do anything about it now that it's been sold?

The RV Manager and Owner are refusing to allow payments to keep the lot reserved while we get court papers to become executor of his estate. They intend to "evict" for non-payment if we have not removed the property by the end of the month. They will not let us access to his property without court papers. Can they refuse to accept payment from us and what are they legally required to do with his property?

They showed up on the 23rd and I was told that they already gave me notice and that because it took longer than expected it just rolled over to the next day. I received no notice that it was rolling over to the next day and she even said that she didn't have to give that kind of notice because I got one about them showing up on the 21st and 22nd
