My kids father and I have joint legal custody and he has visitation every other weekend from Friday to Sunday. He constantly moves and now his current apartment is a 1 bd 1 ba. His parents and daughter live with him. So once our 3 kids are there that is 3 adults and 4 kids in this place. My kids told me they sleep on the floor, on a couch, or even in a large walk in closet. Also for the second time they have come back with bug bites all over their legs, arms, and even faces. What steps I can take so they are only can only be there during the day until he changes his situation?

As a minor, was his public school in violation of his rights to allow him to sign a waiver rejecting his right to an attorney or legal guardian to be present at his questioning and signed admission statement? Our son received and then sent to another student a nude picture of a girl who had generated and distributed this picture herself. The high school is calling this pornography and involved the sheriffs office in tracking down the kids who had hit send. Is this addmission statement, aadmissible in a court of law?

Recently in my apartment the refrigerator went out andwas repaired by a repair man the manager sent over and the repairman stated that for me to write out a list of food that was lost and take to the office.this was done and I also sign the paper stating that this in fact did happen.the manager stated that under normal situation the landlord is not responsible for the food that was lost,but because the repairman stated that he would make sure I would get paid for food lost.I would have to take this up with my insurance (Renter's insurance) about $75-100 worth of groceries.The manager has offered to deduct $75 dollars off of rent for the following month,and i agreed to this. The question is am I to be responsible for food that was lost ,when the appliance came with the apartment?this is not the first time this has happen to me.should I contact my insurance company regarding this issue?
