  • When I was 5 my mom married a man who was not my father, we moved to Wisconsin, and when my mom registered me for school, she just used her married name for me. I am now having problems because my birth cert doesn't match- trying to get a license here in AZ, I am married and the marriage license has my name on it, I have not used the last name on my birth cert since I was 5. How can I change my last name permanently and legally. I am living in AZ now, again. Thank you
  • I left a job to work with another dentist for a better opportunity this dentist offer me what i was looking for plus training since I didnt know the program he works with.to my surprise his office manager never gave me training or allow me to use the computer all i did was sit there. after 2 weeks he waited 30min before i had to at work to call me and tell me it wasnt working. now i'm left with out a job what are my rights?? their is something I can do.   • I was assaulted twice by another tenant ,once in October 2017 and once in February 2018 after walking my dogs ,on a leash, and tenant's bulldog charged after my small dogs,she threatened and hit me on both occasions and pulled a gun on me in second assault...police say they are still investigating though a video shows she hit me and she admitted to striking me on first assault.Manager has do e nothing to this woman except for a warning and stating to me this woman says she is moving in the future. seeing how the second assault was foreseeable ,past assault, can complex be held liable
  • My daughter and I leased an apartment 2 weeks ago. The police served an arrest warrant on my daughter's friend who was visiting our apartment yesterday by forcing entry into the apartment and also conducting a search of the entire apartment. The police told me this was in reference to an ongoing criminal case against this person. I am concerned that we will be evicted even though we had no idea that her friend had a warrant for his arrest and do not have any idea why it was served at our place of residence. Should I speak with the management to proactively avoid any type of repercussions?
