How do I determine my wife's legal name? Prior to marriage and according to her birth certificate, her name was [first name] [mother's maiden surname] [father's surname]. After marriage and consistent with her cultural practice, she dropped her mother's maiden surname as a middle name and now uses [first name] [Father's surname] [husbands surname]. There is no indication of the name change on the marriage certificate. How do we know what is the proper name to use for driver's licenses, passports etc.?

Husband is retiring from working. What happens to my son's child support?

My ex husband has full custody of our 4 children and he is keeping them from me. Not allowing me to have any contact with them. The children have written me asking for a response but I am unable to write back because their father will not give me a return address. Is what he doing illegal? And if so what steps do I need to take in order to see and speak to my children?

I have been divorced for 4 years now. For the summer I signed up the kids (2) for a program that ends each day @ 5:30 for $180. My ex wants to sign them up for a program @ the comm. center for $1250 becasue it ends at 6:00 each day. She is not employed and does no know when she will be getting off? Will I be responsible if she sign them up for this other program? Please advise as this plays into the next school year also Thanks, Frustrated

eI have a parenting plan that has been in place for some years now, my child is about to be 5 which is school age. How can I get a modification of just the parenting plan or will i have tso modify child custody and visitation? Are there any forms that I can file myelf? I dont mind how the custody arrangement was set in place or child support years ago, i just need an order that states the parenting time needs to be changed because the child has reached school age. When school starts in August and I dont honor the order in place bc child cant miss school, will i have my rights taken away?
