Question: Am I allowed to ask if a prospective tenant has been arrested/convicted and what for?
Answer: According to ARS 33-1314, the landlord may include terms and conditions in the rental agreement so long as they are not prohibited by law. For more information, you may wish to read the Landlord and Tenant Act.
