Can a used car dealer sell a vehicle in Arizona that has not passed emissions in the the state of Arizona?

In 2008 I was convicted of a undesignated class 6 in AZ that was supposed to be reduced to a misdemeanor after I completed probation which I did (got early release) and paid all my fines. It shows up as a felony on background checks . Can I get this expunged/set aside? or even changed to a misdemeanor like it was supposed to be ?

I am 21 years old and a new mother to my 4 month old son. My fiance has been there for my son since he was still in my tummy. She is his second primary mother and he has no father. I am the only one on the birth certificate as of right now. How do I go about putting my fiance on his birth certificate since we are both his mothers?

My husband is filing for a divorce, and wants me to hurry and sign the Waiver of Service. Which I take it to mean that I'm acknowledging that I was served and nothing more. Is this correct? If I sign this acknowledgment will it affect my divorce in any way?

if i lost my gun rights (due to going to prison) but waited 12 years after getting out and started buying guns , and then got charged with misconduct with weapons. Because i did not know i had to file something, but after my arrest i have filed and got my civil and gun rights back, but am facing a class 4 felony and 4.5 years in prison. Is this beatable in trial due to to the fact i have my rights back now, after my new arrest though. Please help ASAP
