My mom is renting a house in Prescott AZ with my sister. The landlord has nailed shut all of the windows for whatever reason, is this legal?

My son rents in a MHP for three years. He has called about different things like no water outlet outside and dishwasher didn't work, etc they told him they would get it fixed. Still no water hook up outside, I fixed the dishwasher, him and I repaired the stove (which went out Thanksgiving day) the exhaust hood doesn't work. They haven't fixed a thing. The rent has been raised. Now there are adult kids that have tried twice now to break into their Jeep(grabbed his work badge even with an alarm that went off). We aren't the only ones. What can he do. He pays his rent and is quiet unlike others.

What is considered poverty level? how do i know if i qualify for the program?

In 07-09-2012 my home was foreclosed and sold. because of lost job and bad health, I could not make payments. I had a 80/20 loan. I have read info on the Anti- Deficiency (ARS 33-814). My question is do I owe on the 20 percent lone? I have not heard from that lender?

My home was to be foreclosed on 6/13/14 my husband and I filed for bankruptcy on 6/11/14 and advised Ocwen, our servicer and provided the case # to them, Ocwen in turn advised us that there would be NO foreclosure that they would put a hold on it. About a week after that we received notice of the foreclosure sale date having been moved up to 7/8/2014, I again called and they advised me that there was NO sale due to the bankruptcy filed, then in next 2 weeks I had people coming to change locks on my doors which didn't happen bur was advised that my home was now REO that it had been foreclosed.

I have sole custody of my 12 yr old daughter and my current husband has been laid off and we have no current income. Husband's company contacted him about a possible job opening in a different state. I understand that I must send a certified notification to ex-spouse but am I required also to notify the courts and/or complete a visitation modication?

I have rented for 3 years and a year and a half ago my girlfriend moved out - walked out on the lease. I stayed and informed the landlord that my girlfriend had walked out. I am now leaving the property and have given proper 30 day notice. The landlord is stating that the security deposit has to be made out to both myself and my ex because we were both on the original lease. My lease expired and I have been on a month to month basis for the last 2 years. Can the security deposit be issued in my name only if requested in writing on the Notice for Return of Security Deposit?

I was e mail about loan for $8000.00 and all I had to do was send three months payments in advance which I did the day when there wrer to mak a deposit to my account I got call from the tell me that I had to purchase a inserunce for the loan and all I had to do was ppay $750.00 1/2 of the cost so I had it canceled the loan and ask for my money back they told me it would take 14 to30 days befor I could get it io told I needed it back that day they said they would,this has put me in avery bad money problem because of being on ssi diabilty my bill are going to suffer and Imy credit is going to take a big hit I have to pay for a truck payment and rent and insurance I have no othere way to gover them I neeed to get them to return that money by the end of this week, I need help. I was olso scam by company out of Washington involving free gov. grant money that also menschen that they were working with the f.b.i.i lost $150.00in that.
