In a child custody case, I lost my children to my ex. My children & I suffered alot of abuse at his hands. Now he has the children & lives in another city & jurisdiction in Arizona. The info and dr. reports I took in were not even looked at by the judge. Seemed her mind was made up early on. Can I request a new emergency hearing and also request a change in judge as I am told the abuse on the children has started again and I don't know what to do to protect my children.

If the father of my children has been living at home since he got released from prison, and I am no longer getting des assistance how do we get the child support order stopped and get some of the back pay removed from what is owed when he was in prison?

What form do I use to expunge a misdemeanor?

If there is a person named as the executor in a trust and the Trustee wants to change the executor; is the previous executor need to be present in order to make this revision to the trust? The previous executor is not reliable and cannot be trusted. Also this person would not agree to let the trust be changed.

Is it legal for stores without a membership agreements to require customers to show receipts when leaving? What AZ law(s) cites retailer/consumer rights on the this topic? If not legal, how should customers 'decline' such a request from retailers?

I am buying a mobile home from the trailer park there was supposed to be repairs done before we moved in that weren't done and also any rain damage that we noticed after a rain, repairs have not been done and they keep telling us next week we signed contract 7/27 and mad our last down payment on 9/1 didn't get to move in until 9/26. Contract says as is but these are repairs they agreed to fix

We just bought a home in Arizona. I am a 100% disabled veteran living in a hot box for the past 5 weeks.We had an inspection done before and everything was fine. We have been in the house for 5 weeks and have had a different air conditioning repair person here more than 5 times with a different reason each time. Now we have flooring from the kitchen, entry way, and laundry room that needs to be replaced because of water damage from the air conditioner. Do we have any recourse against the home inspector? I called her and she said she would refund the inspection fee, but it wasn't her responsibility for the repairs now. Every penny we have went to purchase this house and we bought a home warranty so we wouldn't have to worry about problems. The warranty company of course claiming pre-existing conditions for things, so we have to fight to get some of the costs covered with them. Is there any help for us?
