can an assisted living facility evict some one because of old emails that were sent

My daughter refuses to go to her moms, what happens if she doesnt go? She is being emotionally abused by her mom. Also, can i file for emergency custody if i can prove it?

In accordance to the Late Fee Fairness Amendment Act of 2016, am I able to pay only the amount due for rent to my apartment's property owner and ignore the late fees until a later time? I have been advised that I cannot be evicted for nonpayment of late fees. My lease agreement states there is no grace period for late fees after the 1st of the month, but isn't that illegal in the state of Arizona? Isn't there supposed to be a 5 day grace period?

I am renting to own my manufactured home from my landlord who is in turn paying off loan company. The contract she wrote and we both signed but was never notarized or witnessed states that I will rent the home" as is" meaning she is not responsible for any damages. The septic tank is broken and flooding badly enough that one side of the house has sunken into the ground. The clogging from the septic has caused leaks and clogs in water pipes causing mold in walls and insulation under house ruined. A lic. Plumber informed me that the septic tank got broken when she installed it previous to my renting. It is also illegally placed too close to house. Also, my mother paid my rent in February and when I asked my landlord if she received this money she stated no. I called my mother to confirm she did go there then I called landlord back and told her I knew she was lying about it and she admitted that she had in fact lied about how much rent I actually owe her. What can I do about all of this?

I have an almost 6-year-old son; never married; son's father is on his birth certificate and I receive child support, but no written custody order or anything else. (Does that mean paternity has been established, but I by default have legal custody?) Son's father moved out of state a few years ago; we maintain regular contact and do visits when we're able. My daughter was trying on clothes at Sears with a friend of hers. They were in separate booths and after they left they were stopped by a security guard who found several items of clothing in her friends bag. My daughter did not have a purse or a bag on her. The police were called, but the video clearly showed that they were using separate dressing rooms. The police declined to file charges against my daughter although charges have been filed against the friend. We just received a letter from a law firm representing Sears demanding payment in the amount of $168.00. Can they legally bill us?
