  • How much can a mobile home park charge for a pet deposit?
  • In 07-09-2012 my home was foreclosed and sold. because of lost job and bad health, I could not make payments. I had a 80/20 loan. I have read info on the Anti- Deficiency (ARS 33-814). My question is do I owe on the 20 percent lone? I have not heard from that lender?

  • I have just found out that a judgement was found against me back in 2008. It is from a credit collection company. I never recieved a notice of this Judgement and I would not have know about this jugement as it has never appeared on my credit reports. This judgement lists both myslef and my husband. I never had a credit card with my husband in this state. I would have never knoiwn about this if I was not selling my poperty. He is not listed on the deed,so can the proceeds pay for the judgement. We where never notified of the judgement under the Rules of Civil procedure # 55.
  • I am being charged a fee of $480.00 by a satellite company for cancellation of TV after only 2 weeks of use. I cannot pay $480 and they will not accept $200, nor any kind of monthly payment. I was not aware of any cancellation fee nor did they mention it when ordering. They have been intractable and uncooperative in aiding me. What can I do? I have talked to multiple reps.All have been totally unresponsive.

  • I was unable to complete a walk through at the time my lease ended, due to my partner being hospitalized and my work schedule. We were never provided with a list of damages or costs until being contacted by collections. I did provide my forwarding address and phone number but no contact was made. I saw they are supposed to provide the documentation within 14 days. I do not believe we had a security deposit, but if we never were provided documentation in a timely manner, are we able to contest collection fees and accrued interest?
  • My first year lease is ready to renew and my rental company is demanding that I get $100,000 in rental insurance that only covers damage to the house, not any of my property. Is this legal?
