  • I heard a rumor that the trailer park management wants to evict all tenants with mobile homes older than 45 years, regardless of their condition, destroy the trailers and replace with new ones. Is that legal?

  • I am plaintiff in a civil claim; lndlrd did not return sec deposit OR an itemized list of damages w/in 14 days; she claims over 8K in damages which I did not do.She claims she mailed the itemized list. I NEVER REC'D it; I filed in small claims; she ignored 4 attempts by the constable to be served. I motioned to serve, and constable served her. In her small claims answer she includes a letter w/ a date (w/in the 14 days), but it was apparently mailed by first class mail. I DID'T receive this.   • I live at XXXX apartments and since Friday before 5 pm the apartment building I live in doesn't have running hot water and maintenance to us to wait until monday then Saturday morning we called back they said corporate was working on it and still no hot water and from my understanding they have 24 hours to fix this problem. Most of the tents are essential workers that work weekends and holidays and need to shower for work for example I work at a hospital I need to shower before and after because I dont want to expose my family and baby we pay rent even when theres a crisis world wide.
  • I was convicted State Jail Felony in Texas (POCS) in 1999 and was sentenced to 9months in a State Jail Facility in Dayton, TX. I have since lived a model lifestyle, drug free and employed. We moved to AZ in 2006. My father in law passed away last month, so my husband wants to bring his handgun home. Is this legal in AZ or do I need to go in front of a judge?
