  • The AC went out in our rental, today. We had it serviced two weeks ago and there was nothing wrong with it then. We put in a service order as soon as our renters called but they can not get our to fix it until tomorrow. The renters went to a hotel and our expecting us to pay for it. Are we responsible for paying for their hotel room?

I have been living with my uncle, my mom was charging me $400 a month because I am pregnant (my son will be born in 2 months) and I haven't been living with her since June she gets food stamps and a social security check for me. Since we both have our own retirement plan, do we each get 1/2 of the others during a divorce? this seems silly? How does the court view this scenario? If only one spouse had a retirement plan i could see the division of it but it seems if both parties have a retirement plan, you would just keep your own?

  • I have a question I need help with? If I was to go and get my kids but the mother and I have no custody agreement or order in place can I get in trouble. I feel as if my kids are being neglected and while they are going to my mother's house over the weekend I want to get them but I don't know if I can get into any trouble with the police being that there is no custody agreement.

My ex is extremely good at conning and manipulating the system and has the judge fooled. I don't know what to do and now I can't even see our son. What can I do?
