QUESTIONS

  • I was informed of trustee sale to take place 06/2008 on my home in Florence, AZ. My Husband and I decided it was best to vacate the home with our family before the sale. We filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2011 and included the home and HOA. We received a letter from an attorney, suing us for HOA dues, post bankruptcy. Wouldn't it already be considered foreclosed from the notified date of sale, even if it was postponed?

  • I want a divorce, husband doesn't. He is the cause of the divorce. When I talk about it he gets mad, makes accusations and threats. He does not get physically violent, but he has told me things like I cannot leave (or takes my keys or phone so I can't), or I cannot take the kids from the house, or says he will take the kids. He is very possessive and becomes a bully when divorce is brought up. On multiple occasions he has driven off aggressively saying his life is over without me and the kids. I feel like the kids and I need somewhere else to stay while I file to avoid more detriment. Can I?

We both are not working, but he has a girlfriend during our marriage and she is working.  My question is he told me he doesn't need to pay me his social security or any spousal support due to he doesn't work. Also since he bought the house before our marriage which we are living now. In my marriage, this house all the repair, utility, property tax are from our joint account. Now he told me I have no right to this house. It is true what he told me.  
  • My friend just rented a trailer in willams.here are the issues he is having with his landlord and corresponding questions 1. The is sewer gas coming out of the drains in the bathroom 2.there are many electric plugs and switches that are coming out of the walls when touched or used 3.there are no smoke alarms. 4.one of the entrance doors has a rotted core and can not be secured, (it can be pulled open or pushed in effortlessly 5.   • My 2 daughters reside at clear creek apartments flagstaff...they pay 1250 a month for their apartment. In the amenities it list HEAT is one the items provided in the apartment. They have a THERMOSTAT SWITCH in the apartment. When they did their walk through they were instructed to turn on to be sure it was in working order it WASNOT they told management and have NOT RECEIVED ANY response. They have been told nothing about it. I have sent emails and placed phone calls to have no response. What can we do. They are freezing. Short of buying space heaters for every room and run the risk of fire
