Can you add add the fathers name to the birth certificate if he is not present.

i'm a single parent of two kids, my ex husband has custody of another child in arizona. at the time that he filed child support, i was only making a little over 25,000 a year but the judge awarded him $500 a month. I was wondering how did they come up with that figure, when it's obvious that i can't afford that? And is it possible to get modification on support that i'm in arrears with?

I we are surrendering our Motor Home(RV) to the bank for we cannot afford the monthly payments any longer. We are told after the RV is sold we are still responsible for the remmaning amt. owed. We think that amt. will be about $37000.00 which we cannot afford, what can we do at that point?

My boyfriend and I rent a mobile home in Glendale AZ. The mobile home park has the electric in the parks name and we just pay the park for electricity. 3 days ago the main breaker blew and was smoking, this is not the first time the breaker box smoked, srp came out and said it was the parks responsibly to replace the box. An unlicensed electrician that lives in the park has yet to fix the problem. The owner knows of the problem and has done nothing. I just recently had a stroke and my boyfriend is a diabetic. His insulin needs refrigerated and has not so $3200 worth of insulin went bad.

I just have one question. A week ago my supervisior came to the job site on Sunday and he was clearly under the influence. He made a comment to me that someone needs to be fired and that this is not Poland where you ride donkeys and play Mickey Mouse games. Yes I am Polish and this just rubbed me the wrong way. How do I answer to a complaint in a civil justice court? Is memorandum in response or memorandum in reply the same as a response/answer?

What is my rights? I work for a major company and while I had a temp manager they stole two of my major accounts without my knowledge and transferred them to other reps on other teams and I lost out on 1,000,000 in sales. The company has policy in protecting reps from going into accounts that does not belong to them or assigned to them. Behind my back they stole my accounts and next thing I know they closed about a 1,000,000 in business that was rightfully mine. Do I have legal rights? Our company rules of conduct / ethics and policy stAtes that no other reps are allowed to go into other assigned accounts nor other territory that is assigned to other sales reps. This all happened during the time I did not have a current manager in place because my manager left the company and the company was looking for new manager to fill that position. As I stated I had a temp manager who was not my manager. Please advise

I bought a refurbished tv on ebay. The first one was broken, I paid $51 to send it back to get another one, it too was broken, I had to pay another $51 to send it back andget another. It too is broken but now they won't take it back, told me it had a 1yr manufactureres warranty so I called them, they said itdoes not. Now the original sellers aren't responding. Can I file a civil suit for the almost $500 in thistv that is still broken?
