I am going through a child paternity, custody, visitation, and child support case. I left arizona due to a domestic violence situation with my daughters father. I am in need of legal help and have tried yuma community legal services. He has paid for a really good lawyer which I have no money to afford one at all. He keeps doing things that I had no clue you could do and am terrified of losing my daughter to him because of this. He is not interested in the child for the right reasons. And the child would be in danger in his care. I am completly broke, any thing i can do to get legal help?

Does a 20ft x 20ft area of sand filled with animal waste that is potent enough to be smelled 100 ft away count as a violation of implied warranty of habitability? The lease we signed said that we were responsible for the yard after 30 days but the smell is so strong we couldn't figure out where it was coming from until a few days after that time frame.

I need help with questions I have immediately involving my court. I am native American and I wasn't explained properly on a form that was regarding the icwa law for native Americans,by neither MY court appointed attorney and my cps caseworker. As judge read it in court with the ending part stating if I fail to comply with court orders I will give up temporary parent rights, and asked do u understand what I just read? I replied no, because I didn't know the icwa law part, and then no one explained n e thing and right away judge said my kids will have appointed Guardian ad litem, please help me

My boyfriend's ex has a restraining order against him. She is constantly contacting me only to get information on him. Is she violating her own restraining order by contacting me just to find out about him?

I found a car on craigslist and went to see the vehicle. The seller and I agreed on a price. I told him I would be receiving my refund check in one week and asked if I could hold the car with a $300.00 deposit. Unfortunately my refund check became offset and I will not be receiving any money. Now the seller does not want to pay me back the deposit. Is that legal?

I am renting to own my manufactured home from my landlord who is in turn paying off loan company. The contract she wrote and we both signed but was never notarized or witnessed states that I will rent the home" as is" meaning she is not responsible for any damages. The septic tank is broken and flooding badly enough that one side of the house has sunken into the ground. The clogging from the septic has caused leaks and clogs in water pipes causing mold in walls and insulation under house ruined. A lic. Plumber informed me that the septic tank got broken when she installed it previous to my renting. It is also illegally placed too close to house. Also, my mother paid my rent in February and when I asked my landlord if she received this money she stated no. I called my mother to confirm she did go there then I called landlord back and told her I knew she was lying about it and she admitted that she had in fact lied about how much rent I actually owe her. What can I do about all of this?

I gave revocable guardianship to my mom when I moved out of state so the kids could finish that school year and I started my new job. Now that I have petitioned to revoke guardianship, she is suing me for custody. I am so far and not sure how to handle this.
