  • I am the biological father,a perternity test was done and I was in prison when she was born.I was to follow all D.E.S programs,But had to put it off til I took care of a fauls accusation in a fellony case-which got dissmissed.And now she was adopted out and I was not notified (but had no stable address). Can the adoption be reversed? I reside in Arizona if that helps.
  • My mom was diagnosed with dementia and she received a civil summons from a credit card company. Mom only receives social security and has a very small monthly pension which are put into her checking account. She also has a small IRA from her former 401k which she is having to use for daily care services. This will most likely be depleted soon. Given her current state, we are unsure about what to do. Can you provide some direction? I have read they can put a lien on her checking account. Thank you.
  • I got hurt doing a job at a flea market site for extra money, I was paid to pick up trash and to weed eat the property. I was weed eating and fell down an embankment and cut my leg. Is the owner responsible to pay for my medical bills? He says he's not because I was under a contract which is not true I never signed any contract at all with him, just a verbal to weed eat the property and pick up track for a free booth for the the year that was all I was suppose to do. thanks for your response
  • Can a landlord demand a 60 day notice after a lease has expired and the tenant is on a month to month lease? In the expired lease, it stated a 60 day notice is required. They still demand a 60 day notice after the lease has expired and tenet is only on a month to month.
  • If you have been working for a total of 1 year and completed 1250 hours that year but due to the fiscal year and restarting on the hours starting January 1st does that affect you in receiving FMLA if you try to ask for it the next following year and have only completed 750 hours that current year?
  • I work for a group home w/disabled adults. One of the clients received an I-Pad and the manager of the home wants us to sign a form that states if it ends up missing during your shift, the entire staff will be terminated. Is this even legal. I have not signed it as of yet.
  • Do all name changes have to publish? What if adult needs visa and the name is not what they went by and now the passport office is refusing to issue to US Armed Service member. How do you get around the publication issue if they are leaving on tour of duty forthwith. Is there not a special provision for this type of name change AND can they get one.

  • We bought our trailer in 1992 and have lived here since, our park has changed owners over the years, but now we are being informed that the new owners will be taking away the cable, and charging us for garbage pick-up which has always been included in the space rent along with sewer. We were just informed about the garbage pick-up today 10-9-2018 and as of 1-1-2019 we will be charged for garbage pick-up. Is this legal?
