QUESTIONS

  • My roommate left a month ago to go back East to visit family. When he left as far as I knew he had every intention of returning. I have not heard from him in 3 weeks now. He is not returning my calls. He left his car in my garage & other personal items. I own the house & he rented a room. How long do I have to wait to get rid of his stuff? Also, what do I do with his car?
  • I currently receive my deceased spouses SS benefits, am I also eligible to receive some of my benefits when I retired?
  • I've been working for an individual for 7 years off and on. In order to get my invoices paid, we have an agreement (verbal) that I scrap some of his stuff and apply it to the invoice, been doing just that for over 3 years now.
