My mother is 92 and a new neighbor has recently befriended her. My mother lives alone and about 450 miles from me and refused to move in with me.I became ill and could no longer care for my mother.Family members flew in from other states to help but I lived the closest.I just became aware that my mother has been changing her financial doucuments with the help of this new neighbor.I found her writing and printing on these documents which contain my name,address,social security number.She helped my mother take my name off.She was acting as her legal guardian.My mother cannot hear or see very well and cannot drive anymore.I called this neighbor up and asked her want was going on? She said she was helping because I abandoned my mother.My mother has two medicare nurses a week that assist her and I have a licensed/bonded agency that can take her to doctors and shopping.When I called this neighbor she called the local police and said I harassed her.I tried to tell the officer on the phone that I may be the victim of identity theft and she may have copies of personal information but he said his concern was only about a phone call and didn't want to know anything else.Again,I live 450 miles away.She took my mother to the funeral home where my mother has made her arrangements and had my name crossed out and her name put in to receive my mother's ashes.I don't know what she was up to but it is all very suspicous.Is ther anything I can do? The only things missing so far that I can determine from my mother's home are clothing(which is mine)and some small items. I'm 19 parents are divorced, dad has been supporting me, wondering if the child support could come directly to me instead of my mother I never see any of the child support, if not can I sue my mother for the child support, since a lot of the time I'm at my boyfriends apt, staying there, my mother says that he should be supporting me since I stay over there, she is money hungry, she is also supposed to be paying on school loans, she's not. I've lived at my mobile home park fornover 10 years. I noticed my bill started getting higher and higher from patying 350 to getting charged 1000. I noticed that the landlord was charging some of the neighbors water meter to my bill. I've gone multiple times to their office and the landlord is never there. The secretary tells me she can't do anything and that I have to speak to the landlord. I've called the landlord multiple times and left messages and no answer or response from them. The bill says they will keep charging me if I don't pay the bill and evict me. What steps can I take?

the city of tempe impounded my car for driving on suspended? the officer never pulled me over, my car was parked at a gas station I was in the store when he pulled in and parked. I then walked over to a hotel next door leaving my car at the gas station and thye officer pulled up next to me at the hotel and asked me for I.D. He then ran my name and my license came back suspended, told me he was'nt goping to arrest me but was going to impound my car? is this legal if he never put his lights on and pulled me over in my car? and both my car and I were on private property?

Can an HOA stop or fine a person for using a motorcycle stating that we are creating noise pollution? The motorcycle is my main form of transportation to work. I didn't see anything about use of a motorcycle during certain hours.

Since 2010 I've lived at a home in mesa az.
