  • I rent a condo from the owner. The landlord has sent 4 serviceman to fix my 23 year old ac unit that has been non stop leaking on 7/4( now 7/28). Each saying the ac simply needs to be replaced. I have numerous bowls out bc it leaks in different areas. The hallway is a hazard and unsightly . He has come to terms it needs replaced. What time frame am I entitled to have the replacement done timely ? Also is it my responsibility to meet the repairman if the landlord cannot accommodate my work schedule?
  • I was assaulted by my 29yr old Daughter. I called 911 and told the officer I needed paramedics and wanted to press charges. neither happened. I was asked to leave for the night! I took many pictures of bumps, bruises etc. can I go back and press charges?

I tried to get refinance-get the house-give her money 1/2 -and she was too BUT both of us fail to secure the loan we need. On 15 Oct. 09, I ask a realtor to sell our house so I can get my 1/2, her 1/2 but she repulsed to sign the sale auth and still live in it until now. What can I do to have her sign the sell, get my 1/2 and give her 1/2 so I move on?
  • My 24yr old step son has been living with his father and I for 3 years . He pays no bills , or contributed in any way . His dad made a verbal agreement with him 40 days ago for him to move out in 30days and his dad would give him 2000$ to move . He took the money and haven't heard anything since . He doesn't answer his phone or text . Can I pack his room and store his things . Or do I need to evict .

  • I own 2 mobile homes in a mobile home park. One of them I live in and the other I bought and was fixing it up and was going to make plans on what to do with it. I got behind on lot rent on the other place by a month and before the next month they had me in court evicting me. In a week after that that they broke into the place and changed the locks. Within the month the sold it and I am the owner and have a title. I was in process of trying to sell it so I could pay the back rent and make some money back on it. Never given any notice that this was there intent. What do I do too stop this.

I feel it’ll be best for our child to relocate with me back to my home state due to family being there to not only assist in raising but just to know them. What are my possibilities on being able to relocate our child with me to be with my side of the family(and closer to his side) and also with my soon to be new family?
  • We need to add my name to the birth certificate of our daughter. We have my wife's divorce paperwork stating by the judge that I am the natural father. But the Office of Vital Statistics stated that a court must also include an order to add my name to the birth certificate. How do I go about accomplishing this? Thank you.
