Is there any way I can break the lease to move mobile to safer park?Lots of drug & homeless traffic.New owners did evict many but now 1/2 the park is empty and majority of trailers uninhabitable.Magnet for crime and I live alone. Have pic’s.So bad Police call and email me for info.Family extremely worried for my safety.I’ve never had a lease before in 23 yrs I’ve lived here.New owner raised rent >10% in Feb. Manager refuses to tell me if going to improve things. Do I have any recourse?Required to sign another at end yr? Can I only move at end of yr in short window before sign new lease?

at what age can the child decide which parent they want to live with full time, i.e. court is now out of the decision process. custody is totally in the mindset of the child.

We found out that ants our living in our walls. The property manager say's it is our responsibility to take care of all pest related issues for the mobile home we rent. If they are living in wall and we keep spraying, but they keep coming in is it really our responsibility to hire a pest control company to rid the home of ants in the walls?

My wife and I are divorced and share custody of my 3 year old daughter. Our divorce we must agree on school or we have to go back to court. Does the state of Arizona consider preschool or is it when child starts kindergarten?

I am an unwed mother . My daughters fathers name is on the birth certificate. a paternity test was positive but only child support is legal and current. I was told I have sole custody and that he has no rights. Can he take her out of school without my permission just because he is on the birth certificate There have been no legal custody papers filed or requested by him. But the school is telling me that he can take her anytime because he's on the birth certificate. She is thirteen years of age and the court ordered child support was the only legal action taken over 12 years ago
