  • I have had my elderly parents living with me for the last 2.5 years. We have had to buy a larger house to accommodate them plus our children. How much of the household expenses (mortgage, utilities, food, etc.) can they contribute to (they have IRA's and social security) without a tax problem for me. I do not claim them as dependents on my taxes.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW LONG THIS WILL TAKE OR THE LEGAL TIME LIMIT FOR THIS? THANKS.
  • I have a case going on with legal aid and I got the person served with the paperwork. The court told me to give that person 20 days to give an answer. This Thursday will be the 20th day and I wanted to know what do I do on the 21st day if the person doesn't give an answer?
