My employer offers IFMLA and FMLA for medical reasons I exhausted the fmla and returned to work. How does the policy impact those who have been employees already for 4plus years who may need IFMLA when they return. My medical issue is still present but the company advised I have to be working again for 12 month 1250 hours before becoming eligible is this correct? I have read other employer policies and do not see where they roll back to the original date of the first leave request.

I have a Living Trust that has my daughter as the executor. I want to change it to have my granddaughter as the executor however the company that wrote up the trust says my daughter has to be present in order to change the trust. Is there a law that says she must be present?

My children relocated to New York three years ago because of mother's job. Since, mother has not complied with the parenting order, failing to send them back for father's parenting time on several occasions. The two children are currently with father for summer vacation. Both children told father of regularly being left alone overnight. The children are 6 and 8. They are scheduled according to the parenting time order to go back to New York at the end of August (less than 7 weeks). What can I do to keep them from returning to that environment?

I purchased a home a couple of years ago and I want to register a Home Stead declaration, as I spoke to the Escrow company they mentioned that I did not have to do the declaration any more, that I was covered under the home stead decl. automaticaly, is that true?

I have a 4 year old, the father has been in prison for 4 yrs. His name isn't on the birth certificate, paternity has been established. went to court for child support. judge verdict; im financially responsible untill dads released.father was released dec 2012.we tried to work it out.I was the sole provider for him and my son financially.Father became physically abuse(towards me) had black outs, son was almost hit with a rock the last incident. no report filed , we moved states. dad is in prison till aug 27 2013(unrelated), what is best solution? full custody and restraining order??
