Every year during monsoon season, my lot I rent is under 8 inches of water to include my AC, 2 sheds and part of my mobile home. Even though renting a sump pump would have easily resolved the issue, they refused to help. Now I have wood rot to both sheds and one support pillar sank. I'm unsure about any AC damage. Aren't they responsible for repairing the damage?

My husband and I gave Temp Guardianship and then Guardianship after 2 years to his mother. The years were from 2000-2004 that she had our children. Since June 2004 the children have lived with me. That was Almost 10 years ago. Almost 5 years ago she passed away. At least 7 of the 10 years she has not complied with the court yearly. I want to know since my childrens father and I consented to the guardianship in the first place. Once his mom passed,would the children fall back to us? If not I need to know what papers I should file to say I'm back and I have the children? thanks so much

Rent $750 is due on 1st of the month. Tenant paid $100 on 7-6 & $400 on 7-8, promising to pay balance next day. 7-20 still no payment. issued written demand today. Do I have to wait to issue 5 day eviction after making written demand? What option do I have, if any?

We have 2 homes 3 mortgages all mortgages were with Bank (Proper name removed). Our residential home is on trial modification. Bank sold the loan in July with our investment property to a loan servicing company (Proper name removed) before I could finish with it's modification, I want to modify our HELOC loan that Bank holds on the investment property also. If I can't modify these 2 loans the house may go into foreclosure. My question: If Loan Servicer suggests fore closer whats going to happen with our HELOC loan with Bank.? Loan is around $101,000 HELOC at 83,000 and house is worth about 145,000.We really don't know whats best for us

I am the primary custodial parent of my daughter, have finished nursing school, and applying for jobs. I have a job in Colorado starting in September and it means relocating with my daughter. I do not want to keep her from her father, but I have no income other child support and want to earn my living. I do not want to continue to use state health care, nor food stamps. what form is needed to challenge the acknowledgment of paternity 6 years after its signed. a dna test has already been done but not a court ordered one. the man listed on my daughters birth certificate is not her biological father so we need to challenge the acknowledgment of paternity. I just need to know what form is needed to do so.
