  • Is there protection for tenants in foreclosure actions now that the federal act's sunset provision has taken effect?
  • My landlord wants to prorate my end of lease for an additional 3 days. I turned in my 60 notice well before my 60 days was even near. I sent numerous emails regarding my 60 day notice and never heard any response and she is claiming she never received them even though I sent her proof of every email I sent her. I have been courteous and have paid the rent every month and have never been late. What are my rights as a tenant to to make sure I'm not overcharged on the proration?

  • Tenant rights in apartment in regards to Disabilities? My complex has been raising rents regularly. I just found out that they are going to charge 15 dollars a month for premium parking they do have a few handicap parking spaces but not many. Can I ask my landlord to give me disability parking near my apartment. She told me if there is no parking I have to park in the other lot which is far for me to walk with my oxygen tanks. Is there any laws to protect me. All she keeps saying is its open parking I live in a 55 senior apartment.

The mother was only granted every other weekend due to abuse, neglect and drug convictions. The children and dad lived with dad's mother, where once he got a job he left the kids in the care of their paternal grandmother, who then allowed the mother to move in. The mother has since turned the oldest child against his dad, but my fiance wants his son to move in with me so that he can see him. What can be done? Should we call the cops?

Where do we go for help to get our deposit back. Is this person even our landlord
