  • I own a mobile home in 55 plus in Mesa Arizona been here for years and we've had six managers back in 2016 the last management gave me a copy of my lease but didn't tell me I didn't have to sign it and so now I have no lease sign currently and the managent locked my gate code so I can't get in the park but my lot rent is payed up

  • I changed my name when I was 19 YOA with the Social Security and then got married. I'm now divorced and the box was not checked off to restore my maiden name. Now, I want to get my drivers license in Arizona but, my birth certificate has my birth name and my divorce shows my married name. Now AZ MVD told that there is no legal document when I change my name when I was 19. So they what me to change my name back to my birth name just so I can get a drivers license. Now my California ID show my changed and married name Social Security has me in there system with both names.

WHAT ARE MY RECOURSES TO RECOOP MY MONEY?

  • It is time to renew my lease and a Bed Bug Addendum was added. It has harsh provisions for tenent payment of treatment expenses, even being responsible for adjacent units, even if you did not cause the infestation. The AZ law states you can be charged only if you fail to report. Is this Addendum legal. If I refuse to sign it can I legally be denyed the right to renew my lease? If I do sign it to renew the lease, will it hold up in court? Can you point me toward a lawyer in the Phoenix area who has experience with this? Thank you!
