  • Is Arizona a common-law marriage state? If two seniors have been living together for more than ten years without being married and one passes away, will the living senior be responsible for the debts of the deceased.
  • I had a DUI in 2005. I thought everything was done. In 2014 the court issued a warrant for my arrest ( I found out because they suspended my concealed weapons license ) .I called the city court and they said it was over a DUI in 2005. I went to court , and the judge said I did not do 36 hours of alcohol treatment. I had receipts for traffic school, MADD school, level 1 school . The attorney I had, when I called him, said that a retired judge was going back thru all the DUI cases because Tucson was broke and was trying to get more money from everybody. Is this legal after 9 years?

After Az Att Gen office sent a letter to them, did they finally modify our loan. 2 yrs later, I want to refi in to todays rates after no late payments and I am told since modified, never can refinance??? Also Att Gen office asked me to fill paperwork out for the settlement they reached with a Bank, I did, have heard nothing and the Bank says they will do nothing!
  • I have 2 children under 2 years of age who where never sick until we moved into our apartmet 2 months ago. We learned it is roach infested and I have been to the doctor and ER with both children. We notified the landlord and they sprayed 2 times. Both times the roaches got worse. What are my options for my childrens safety?
  • we are under contract to purchase a home in a 55+ park, the home is privately owned. at the time of signing we were given a written exception to the two dog rule by the park manager. we have to extend the closing date for two weeks and were just notified that the park rules have changed and the exception will only be granted for one year. the manager said that since the contract expires she can change the pet agreement. the exception we have does not state a time limit and the extension is only moving the closing date. do we have any recourse
  • How do I find free or reduced legal assistance in Mohave County?
  • my girlfriend was arrested for domestic violence. The cops left my son with me. The next day i had to go to work, so i left him with my parents. She took the cops over there and got him since she knew i was at work. Now she will not let me see him at all. She wont return my txts, to let me know how hes doing. I keep texting her that i want to know and see my child but she doesnt respond. What court papers do i need to file? I want to get him back right away. I want custody of him. I can provide a better home for him because shes at her parents. which alot of people live there.
  • In my lease it states I have to provide 30 days written notice (email will comply). My landlord told me I have to give notice for the full rent cycle and is trying to tell me we are obligated to pay another full moths rent. Do I have to give 30 days notice, or a full rent cycle notice? My intention is to move after the 1st of the next month but prior to month ending. Can I do so and provide a pro-rated amount of rent to my landlord or do I have to be out by the 1st?
