  • My Landlord told my housing specialists that she doesn't want me here because i have PTSD. She also told them if i don't sign a mutual agreement she will find a way to get rid of me. She filed an injunction of harassment because i asked several times about fixing my AC because it's broken. What are my options? Thanks
  • My husband had what was deemed by a Dr. at Mayo as necessary surgery in 2008. All insurance info was provided and they knew he was Medicare. No one said a word about the possibility of no coverage. Now, 3 yrs. later, medicare has said they won't pay the claim and Mayo has said we owe $10,000 which would be impossible to pay since we are on SS and pension. Had we been told that at the outset, we would not have proceeded with the surgery. Wasn't it Mayo's responsibilty at the time to check out if they would get paid? How do we get this debt dismissed?
  • Des found my ex to be 12,000 dollars in arrears, without my requesting anything. My ex is fighting it and Im being brought into court. Des is not providing any representation for their findings leaving me out and being responsible for attorney fees. Are their rights for us at all?
