I am currently in the midst of a civil dispute with the co-buyer of a house I recently purchased back in April of 2015. I have been removed from the house temporarily with an order of protection which I am currently in the process of contesting. The co-buyer is demanding I remove my name from the title. I currently have an indemnity agreement that was signed by the co-buyer, but it doesnt protect me from the mortgage company, only the co-buyer. How can I force a Judicial Sale of the house so that hes forced to refinance and take my name off the mortgage? That or the house goes to the highest

I hired a moving company to move my stuff from WI to AZ (company is based in IL.) Upon reviewing the contract I discovered bad math, but I had already signed. When my stuff got here, I had to pay the remaining $650 in cash to the driver or he would return my items to IL and be charge for them holding my items. I was then pressured to place a $0 in the what is due. However, my issue is that they had overcharged me. The driver would not deal with any of those issues and I had to pay him. If I file a claim do I have a chance to be granted my overpayment, or am I SOL due to the $0 on balance due.

I have rented a room in my home to a lady and her 7 cat and 2 rabbits for 4 years. It started as a "to help someone out" situation to she is a hoarder and does not want to move. I understand I can take legal action to force her to move but what about the animals. I can not take care of them and I am afraid she will just leave them here. Can I force her to take her animal with her? Thank you.

I allowed some friends to stay with me until they found a place. Instead of finding a house, they spent all the money at a casino. They have brought drugs into my home and used them. It has now been almost two months and they have not found any where to live. He has MS and I feel bad but I don't want them here anymore. How do I get them out legally?

I am unmarried and 15 weeks pregnant. My ex fiancé is denying paternity most because he does not want the military to know he is having a child because it will cancel his assignment he signed up for that requires no dependents. I would like to legally establish paternity so that when the baby comes I will be able to apply for child support since he will most likely be deployed. I have heard mixed answers on whether or not prenatal paternity tests are legally admissible to establish paternity in Arizona. The tests are very expensive, and before I pay I would like to know if I can use it
