We signed a 2 yr extended lease with the original property mngmnt. Since the extension, they have sold the property. The new mngmnt is not responsive to repairs. My dishwasher has now been out for 3 weeks, & they say that's the best they can do. Also, a barrier wall is breaking due to our neighbors tree and cynder blocks are falling into our yard. We have 2 dogs and 2 children I am afraid will get hurt. I have the area blocked off, and the mngmnt says they cannot fix this. I am at my wits end and am not sure what steps I need to take to either demand repairs or terminate th lease.

I had my baby two months ago, she was "unnamed baby" on her birth certificate. I gave them her father's information. I went to give them her name at the Vital Records Office, but it couldn't be done because her father has to sign and noterize an affadavit. I don't know where he is and my daughter needs her birth certificate. I was told that I need a court order for her to be named, how do I go about doing that?

Can the mobile home park have rules that contradict the landlord tenant act? I own my mobile home, in ch33 it says that a guest cannot be charged for until they stay more than 14 consecutive days in a given moth and then charged $1 per day. The landlord gave me an eviction notice and my friends have only stayed 10 daus. Also, am i obligated to tell the landlord the name of every person who stays the night? She is saying they have the right to know and approve of all guests that stay 3 nights. Ch33 does not support that.

I have a court date coming up in a few days for a petition for Emergency custody my wife has asked her attorney for. I am looking for a paid attorney for myself, I think I have found one but she wont be able to do so for about a week or two, so she said to request the courts grant a continuance to give her time to prep for my defense. I am wondering how I can go about requesting this without a lawyer present? Will the judge be able to do this?

What can I do about the Guardian & Conservator, my sister, of the family trust who sued me to prevent my visiting my mother? She falsely accused me of being a threat to my mother. I have spent all of my savings, sold my car, sold personal possessions like furniture, jewelry and tightened my belt as much as possible to stay afloat. Jackie (the sister, guardian & conservator already mentioned) lies to the court continuously about, for example the assets in the trust and slandering and libeling me. In effect, I am paying for her to sue me.
