  • I've lived in my apartment for 3 months and have not received a copy of my lease. I have asked my landlord for a copy many times and they have not given me one. What can i do about this?
  • Can an individual sue my closed down LLC and me personally? I have no assets with this business.

  • My husband filed for divorce. My question is since the house is in his "mother's" name, which is what I am being told, when the divorce is final can they just kick me out?   • We signed a new house on july 19th, and before we moved in, we hired a cleaning company trying to clean the entire house. The thing is when the cleaning company was cleaning, they found out a bunch of fleas inside of the house. We asked landlord see if he can refund the rent for the days before the entire house completly cleaned. Should be the landlord responsbility to take care of it before we move in? Can we ask for the refund the rent for the days we can't live inside of the house?
  • It's 7/31/2018 my lease ends 8/1/18 . I'm finishing up with the cleaning of the property and I just went to fill up a bucket and have no water. Can the owner have the water turned off if I'm still here? I'm worried about them trying to keep my deposit so I planned on staying here all day and cleaning but I can't do that without water.
