  • My mother is the guardian for my brother, who has Down's Syndrome. He is dependent on her for many of his needs. How can she plan ahead in terms of his care and guardianship?   • We live in a 55+ Mobile home park. My dad & mom bought it about 8 or so years ago for me. They lived in it and are on the rental agreement But I'm the owner and not on the rental agreement. He knows we're here but every time our son comes to visit he always stops him and gives him a hard time which then he comes at us with mailed forms for instance telling us we can't be here after knowing we're here and I own the trailer.
