Can a landlord ask for security deposit first months rent and last months rent before move in ?

My husband and I are being sued by a creditor for a disputed unpaid debt of $10,000 on his credit card. We have a prenuptial agreement and have kept our assets (house, bank accounts etc.) separate throughout our marriage of ten years. He is unemployed and has few assets, I have some savings. Will I be forced to repay his debt?

if we served someone with a 3 day notices about 2 months ago is that still good to open a case or would we have to serve another one?

If I have sole custody do I need the other parents permission to take our child out of the country on vacation?

I am a resident of Maricopa County in the state of Arizona. I am the legal father of a child by default and not the biological father. There was never a blood test performed by the court to establish paternity. This is an out-of-wedlock child who is now 12 years old and I was never married to the child's mother. I have been paying child support for this child for 12 years. I want to file a motion to disprove paternity and request that the judge order a DNA test since the mother will not cooperate with genetic testing. Since the paternity judgment, I have received information that at the time of conception the mother had engaged in a sexual relationship with another man who was actually her fiance. Do I have the right to reopen and challenge the paternity declaration against me if a post declaration genetic test shows that I am not the biological father?

I'm in the process of filing for divorce. What is the best way to serve papers to my husband, who is currently in AZ State Prison? I have not had contact w/him for over 2 years, & do not wish to take them to him personally.

my son was given a two day notice (Feb. 10th 2020 Friday at 6 p.m. weekends closed) that he needed to leave his apartment (1 month after moving in and paying his first months rent) in order for the property management company to perform emergency repairs. the landlord of this unit nor my son were not given any documentation nor information in regards to what repairs. they were both unaware of any repairs needed. His belongings are still in his apartment as well. he has attempted several times to get updates and was told it would be 2 weeks, four weeks ago. He is still displaced

I paid a deposit & 1st months rent weeks ago. The Manager hasn't cashed my check. He will not give me the contact info of the landlord and won't give me a lease. What do I do?
