I own a 55+ senior Rv community. A person living in a park model passed away. Their relatives have been trying to sell it. They paid the yearly rent (which is at a substantial discount). Two months later they received an offer on their home and now want a refund or partial refund of the rent. Now I have several signs in the office that states there are no prorations or refunds on rent. They are telling me that it's against the law that I rerent the space once they leave unless they sign a release allowing me to do so. Am I able to rent the space once they leave without refunding them?

I moved back to my paid off house after 2 years away from an extremely violent crack addict. He thinks it's stupid and doesn't want him to be evaluated and would not give consent for an OT evaluation the screener suggested and I gave consent. He also says he won't give consent for any kind of preschool. Professionals are seeing problems and are suggesting evaluations. Can I still get him evaluated without his consent? If not what is my recourse to help my son get what he needs?

I live in senior apartments In Peoria AZ. My son who is trying to quit using drugs stayed with me for about 2 weeks waiting to go into rehab. A neighbor complained and I spoke with management and they told me that it was not a problem not to worry about it and the after his TB test was completed he needed to be out. About a week later I receive notice that due to excessive grease on my stove (of which there was VERY little of and I have photos to prove this) that if I didn't clean the grease they would terminate my residency and they refered me to AZ revised statute 33-1368 (A). After looking at this statute it has nothing to do with cleaning a grease from my oven or any other kind of upkeep on my residence but with having guests etcetera... they also said I have five days to clean it up or they will issue at termination. Is there anything I can do?
