I was married a few days more than 6months now. We entered into a covenant marriage, and my husband has not been here since. He has lived in north carolina the entire marriage, he is a compulsive liar, he has stolen money from me, and has also verbally and emotionally abused me. Is there anyway to have the marriage annulled?

A maint worker from a property mgt co entered my apartment without consent. They refuse to tell me who entered my apartment, why there was a need to enter, and I asked what was the emergency that constituted the right to enter my apartment. I have left 2 calls for the regional manager with no response. No attempt was made to call me that there was an emergency, no voicemail, and no door tag. The only reason I knew someone was in my apartment was because my detergent and softener was left on the washer. This was discovered on my lunch. When I came home from work my apartment was flooded.

I have taken care of my father for many years and he finally passed away in 2013. He put my name on the house deed in 2011 but kept the mortgage in his and my late mother's names. Now that they are both deceased what do I do about the mortgage that is in his and my mother's name? There was no probate as I took over the mortgage payment and the one bill he still owed on. I simple have no clue what to do about the mortgage because I only have $730.00 per month in Social security disability and know that banks won't lend to anyone with that low an income. What can I do?

I need some help to understand if I have a case to pursue legal action: I was in an accident 9/26/15: my car was hit by a truck. The driver of the truck was not the owner of the truck. It has been a struggle to navigate through the insurance(s). I did get my car fixed and owner of the truck's insurance paid for repairs, and my chiropractor bills are pending... my insurance paid for the $500 we paid out of pocket, and my rental car. The remaining item open is "diminished value" - they offered $250 for my 2008 Lexus ES350 (under 50K miles), but I need advice to settle or pursue legal action

My husband apparently owes $40,000 to arrears. He has been garnished for two years now and the amount on the statements does not go down, is there something wrong with this? Plus even though he pays child support and arrears they just now put a hold on his bank account, can they do this?

Our lease terms in the middle of the month and we will not be renewing. We paid a prorated amount when we moved in because we occupied the home half the month, our property manager is stating that our last months rent must be paid in full even though the lease terms in the middle of the month so we will not be living in the home. Our lease does not specify anything on last months rent
