My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? I have filedfor divorce with children done everything in order and made it to the hearing for temp. orders. We both are scheduled for the the pip class which i just took on Wed. The judge said my husband could take his in Las Vegas cause he lives there. The judge said that he is not setting this case for anything until completion cert. are received by the court for both of us. How long does he have to prove completion so we can keep going forward

i have paid a large sum of money to the back child support i owe however the mother of the children will not fill out an affidavit to give me credit. can i file a motion to see if the court will grant that so i can clear up the back support. i have clear proof in my bank account the she got the money direct to her bank account, she gave me credit for two of the payments but refuses to do the rest and it is over $2000.00. i do not have the money for an attorney and will have to do the filing my self so i need to know how and what forms.

We hired a landscaper and gave $2750 deposit for work to begin on August 24th. After several canceled appointments and no shows landscaper agreed to refund deposit. We waited 10 days for refund check and received a post dated check for 30 days into the future. What is our best course of action to get back our money. My Park charged me a $5 per day late fee on unpaid late fees. Is this legal in Arizona? The park applies any payment made to the amount due, thus guaranteeing that any payment made that is less than the entire amount owed will be subject to late fees for the entire time additional money is owed. I believe there are laws preventing that practice for mortgages but I'm unsure about rentals or leases. Shouldn't payments first be applied toward the monthly rent or lease and then any additional payment be applied to late fees? And isn't it illegal to charge interest or fees on late fees?

I have more than 10 years seniority in my job. I was on a family leave for 6 weeks last year . This summer my boss denied my request for 10 days off saying that I was already too much off work. Can he do that?. I think he wants me to resign. If I do will I be eligible for unemployment compensation?
