Does FMLA cover my grand-child who was placed with me by Tribal CPS? CPS is her temporary guardian but I was given authority to sign for services for her

My grandfather passed away & all his children also passed all the family he had are his 3grandchildren. He died at 2:00am & his stepson had a quit claim deed signed & notorized on the same day he died. his stepson took over all his property house, car, bank accounts. what can I do in this situation? I really don't think my grandfather was able to sign a quit claim deed if he died at 2am. also my grandfather suffered from dementia.

My Mother lived in and owned property in Sun City, AZ for about 30 yrs. She had two living children whom have had a rather toxic relationship. She had a living trust and her son is named Successor Trustee. In 2003 she suffered a small stroke and (while still mentally alert) she had a problem with her speaking ability. As a result, she retired as Trustee and named her son who divides his time between New Mexico and Alaska. Her son physically relocated her to New Mexico about 10 months before she passed in Feb. 2011. He had sold her property in AZ in Sept 2010 but moved all her personal belongings to his property in NM prior to that date. Her remains are interred in AZ. Which state would have jurisdiction if a probate proceeding is necessary? (i.e.- Say the Successor Trustee fails to act?)

Can my ex-wife receive half of my social security reducing my benefit. In other words if I am to receive $1000 is she entitled to $500?

My ex wants more child support. We agreed upon a number and I have been sending that amount into the clearing house. Then she wanted it back dated 6 months and her attorney said I had to pay it. None of this has been court ordered and they have not mailed anything to me. I have not been making as much money as I had been, real estate, how can I get this reduced to what it was before. And, do I have to pay the new amount if there is NO order?
