When my daughter who is not 4 was born. Her father was not present. We are now married. I never filed for a BC while at the hospital cause I was still deciding a name. Well I have her name now. She has my last name. But I never filed for her BC. My mistake. But being as I never filed for it. It was just my name on the hospital paper work. Me and her father are together and we got married. I went to file for her BC with his name on there of coarse and the sent the paper work back to me saying the information is not correct or the same as the certificate. How so? When I do not have her BC yet?

I need to know how to change my name back to my maiden name.I have been divorced for nine years now my Daughter from this marriage is now 18 and I no longer have her on my insurance as that is why I didnt take my maiden name back at the time of the divorce and now I want to change it.So if you could please tell me how I can do that and I am on a limited income so free help would be great. My mothers health has drastically changed and she only lives on social security, a very small disability bi-weekly stipend and has medicare. While my mother has been accepted for medicaid as a secondary insurance, she will have to contribute monthly of $406 so that she will be able to have full time home health care (vs only part time with medicare). This expense will make it impossible to help her pay her credit card debts off. My mother needs to contribute to medicaid but then won't have enough to pay off her debts. What are options as far as her credit cards? Should I close them (with her on the phone) and let them know that she is unable to pay so we'd need a settlement price? Or just walk away? I am unsure of her options as my original plan was to help her pay them off one by one.

Our son is 17. As a minor, was his public school in violation of his rights to allow him to sign a waiver rejecting his right to an attorney or legal guardian to be present at his questioning and signed admission statement? Our son received and then sent to another student a nude picture of a girl who had generated and distributed this picture herself. The high school is calling this pornography and involved the sheriffs office in tracking down the kids who had hit send. Is this addmission statement, aadmissible in a court of law?

My mom's 3rd husband is calling and demanding visitation. He abuses my mom and she worships him. Last time I heard from my mom she disowned me and my family for wanting to just see her.Her husband is now calling every couple days threatening and harrassing us. He says that he just paid $100,000 on a house so he should have no problem suing us for visitation. I am afraid he has an inappropriate interest in my daughter. I am renting a house the sewage pipes are busted landlord is having it repaired but during the repair what is the landlords responsiblity for housing and per diem while home is not livable?

I bought my mobile home and pay rent for the lot it was already on when I bought it. There are two very tall palm trees on the property. I am being told I need to have them trimmed at quite a high cost for me, as I am a fixed income senior. They look very much like they did when I moved in but do need trimming. Neither the park agent or management mentioned this to me during the purchase process. I don't own the land nor did I plant the trees. I am required to pay the property taxes, which is also a question for me. Thank you for any help or advice
