  • i live in an senior apt complex. My neighbor died next door to me it was the end of the month the apt manager when the kids came to move the furniture out was given paperwork stating they now owed next month rent and charges which totaled 1200 the rent was 565.00. The manager presented it in a hostile manner. The kids didnt have the money to bury their parent let alone pay this bill and the reason for the bill in the first place? Because a proper 30 day notice wasnt given. How the hell are you suppose to give a notice when you have dropped dead literally. Is that legal?

However the landlord won't let my father live in the trailer. My father is 59 and I bought the place for him. However he's not allowed to live there. Can the landlord do that?   • I filed for ch. 7 bankruptcy and my debts were discharged on June 2011. To this date I'm badly behind on my house payments, and my lender offers me a reduced monthly payment of $350. The problem is that my lender does not want to make any promises in writing and does not give me straight answers on what happens if I keep my end of the deal. I'm affraid my lender will simply foreclose when it may fit its interest, disregard of my needs.   • I rent a condo from the owner. The landlord has sent 4 serviceman to fix my 23 year old ac unit that has been non stop leaking on 7/4( now 7/28). Each saying the ac simply needs to be replaced. I have numerous bowls out bc it leaks in different areas. The hallway is a hazard and unsightly . He has come to terms it needs replaced. What time frame am I entitled to have the replacement done timely ? Also is it my responsibility to meet the repairman if the landlord cannot accommodate my work schedule?
