My husband would like to adopt my three children from a previous marriage. The issue is their father has been deported from the United States and is not allowed to return to this country. I have full legal and physical custody of the children which was given in our divorce prior to his deportation. my husband provides all support to them. How would we go about having my husband adopt the kids knowing that their father would not be able to sign any consents etc?

Why is it that I would be required to notify anyone I have had children with when I change my name?

I Have a property than I want to sell, the renter does not want to purchase the home. This renter put in new stove, frig, dishwasher, microwave. When I ask them to leave can I legal have them replace all the prior items? They also did improvements with out written approval, and they are demanding compensation. How do I protect myself? There is no rental agreement written,

staying with parents temporary and landlord wants me to move out or else my parents get evicted from their home. Im not on the lease just temporarily staying with my parents.
