  • The lot where I rent a space for my mobile was sold and the new owner wants us out. What are our rights?
  • If I have a set aside for my first offense, does it affect a new arrest, possible same type of offense?
  • i have a roommate. i own my trailer and let her rent a room from me. i just found out she has been stealing from me. no agreements or lease was signed. she paid this months rent but im using it to pay for a plumber i had to get because she broke my toilet. she says she wont leave until i give her half the rent back. do i have to give it to her? can i just make her leave since there is no lease or agreements signed?
