  • We rented a spot in someones yard for my trailer and got kicked out after only 2 weeks and not allowed to go get my trailer or any of my stuff. I found out that they have stolen 2 other trailers the same way... What should we do we have nothing and no where to live now..
  • I gave 30 days notice at my apartment on the 15th of March. Upon moving clothes out of a closet found a huge patch of mold on the wall. I do not want to stay there the remaining 15 days of the 30 day notice. Is there a way out of that place and not paying the remaining 15 days rent? I have a daughter that stays with me and I do not think it is safe for us to stay there now. Thank you.
  • Upon my mothers death, I inherited her home in a 55+ park. The manager has tried to tell me I cannot stay there because I am only 49. When I pointed out this had been addressed in original contract, she was not happy. Since then, she has spread negative rumors to other tenants, including derogatory remarks regarding my sexual orientation. She has told the security guards that I am not allowed visitors after dark - although no other resident has this restriction. She has opened my mail... What can I do about this?

This notice was mailed first class and Certified mail return receipt along with being posted . This action was outlined in the tenants Residental Lease Agreement for us to have the right to inspect after giving notice. Are we safe to enter?

  • I own a condo which is part of an HOA, they recently redid our plumbing (common property) and had the water off making our unit uninhabitable and my family had to live in a hotel room for a week. This was an expense that we cannot afford. Should the HOA be responsible for paying our hotel stay since the repairs on common property,plumbing, made our unit uninhabitable?
  • My job offer was rescinded after the offer.Reason given was that I was over qualified & would eventually "get an attitude" and have resentment. I was told by the recruiter that I was the only person he interviewed for the position, and the day of my second interview he said "don't blow it" do a good job.I met w/5 other people that day.The whole process took 30 days from start to finish. Recruiter was really complementary of my exp.I am absolutely upset by this behavior.I was offered the job,told to sleep on it & then rescinded when i called to accept.
