maybe someone can answer me on this I currently renting a 2 bedroom apartment in Bullhead city Arizona, a month ago I found out that my apartment is infested with termites, the landlord or apartment manager responded by sending a maintenance worker to look into it and he was not sure what we're dealing with so he reported back to the office and they send a pest control to look into it and he confirmed that it was termites and they need to call a termite specialist and he came and looked at it said it was a mild case so he went back and told the manager what needs to be done and the estimate but all that was over 3 weeks ago and I heard nothing about since then so I called and the lady who works there did not seem to know whats going on with this so she replied "I will let the manager know and have them call you" well another week passed so I drop buy the office and paid rent and I ask the lady again about and she said the exterminator has not got back to them so now I'm not sure what to do, I personally believe they are giving me the run around and do to the history and incompetence and procrastination of the maintenance service provided since we been living there I am highly concern to the point that I should just bail out of my lease and move somewhere else but the problem with that is I cannot afford to when I'm providing for my kids so I am thinking i should seek some legal council on the situation

Me, my son, & my girlfriend we’re self help evicted from a verbal month to month agreement. Landlord provided no paperwork prior & changed the locks the same evening. Tenants did not break any of the rules & we were evicted same day as rent was due(had the cash in my pocket) was living there 9 months & can provide proof of acceptance of money for monthly rent as well as proof her boyfriend was using herion among other drugs in the home while her children as well as my own was living in the residence. Spent 1,000 on hotels for 2 weeks while finding another residence Landlord is withholding mail

My ex boyfriend lives Within 100 feet of my front door on the same floor. I am not safe living In this apartment complex I do have an active restraining order against my ex boyfriend for physically beating  me. My apartment complex, told me I would have to pay $3000.00 to break my lease and my credit will be blemished. What is my legal right here in Arizona. Can I break my lease without paying. I am not on the lease but renting a room from the lease holder she contracted the Covid 19 virus is passing away and now the landlord wants me to vacate the property my rent has been paid to the lease holder for next month. what can I do?

how many months do one has to wait to reapply for ALTCS, if you have been denied and you are now in Hospice, awaiting salvation. Also, does the Nursing Home Care Reform Act of 1987 is still effective and can a skilled nursing facility force a relative or family member to take you in if all your Medicaid/Medicare benefit days have been exhausted and the facility corporate office has threaten to issue a 30 day notice to evict? I signed a contract with my current landlord to move into another unit on the property, effective Feb 15. The contract was signed by all parties, and I paid a $150 transfer fee on Jan. 31. Today, Feb 2, I received an email from the landlord stating that the current tenant has "changed" her mind, and thus the contract will not be honored. Is this legal?

I have completed my probation and now have restitution to finish paying off. I live in az but my home and son are in tn where I was extradited from a year ago. I have a job and want to know since I finish my probation as of last week can I finish my payments from my home state in tn.

Is being dyslectic considered to be a form of disability that an employer can help with by providing standards to follow rather than every employee doing the same jobs but calling each process different at will. It’s very confusing to me being a dyslectic. This company is very adamant about not providing standards as not to hamper individual creativity. I believe there should be some sort of middle ground that will help me quite a bit. I’ve been trying to make some changes without revealing my disability but in doing so, it appears I am, and am considered not so smart. I’m not sure what I should do. I’m feeling the pressure of some that I not so good at what I do and that’s not true. My job title is a Structural Designer II
