I had a child at 16 and my parents are paying for everything she and I need. The babies dad turned 18 right before I had her and he does not help in anyway with support. He comes to see her for a hour or so every time he and his new girlsfriend are fighting, how can I get child support for our daughter even though I am only 16. My parents should not have to pay for all her care.

How do I contact the az legal help people? I filled out an online application but have been ignored. I have a judgement and part of that is for specific performance /forfeiture of my residence back to me after 3 years of no payments. I reside out of state because the bums have taken over the home and I need to gain possession. I was told I need a writ of restitution (whatever that is) and also told I need a lawyer to do this processing with the sheriff dept, and that is why I sought help from AZ law help. I have very low income $531.00 monthly

My baby mom got a order of protection against me for both her and my son. After my 1 hr supervised visitation she is required to leave the area immediately but she waits around. The director of the program witness and she made a 3rd party affidavit confirming that she waits when she shouldn't. She also says she hears the extremely inappropriate things my son says. She made a police report stating I was following her BUT she should of been 20 minutes away from the area . I got arrested beat the case and now I want legal actions done against her ? I moved in with my girlfriend and her sister back in March 2017, I am not on the lease but I have been paying half of the bills since I got here.
