QUESTIONS

  • My tub had a crack in it and was reported in or around 4/21. The main bathroom was demolished wall and floor exposed... it is now 7/30 and we have not had a place to shower or take a bath...many excuses about maintenance man calling off work or having other jobs to do. We now have roaches because of exposed bathroom floor and cool air is escaping making my bill higher than it should be...I was threatened with eviction if I didn’t pay rent.. please help I don’t really no the laws..5 day 10 day 21 day notices.
  • My ex wants more child support. We agreed upon a number and I have been sending that amount into the clearing house. Then she wanted it back dated 6 months and her attorney said I had to pay it. She lives in a trailer. Her bills cost more than what she earns each month. So, I pay the remainder for her. My question is; does she qualify for food stamps and cash assistance without having to work a job at this point? She has no GED and has raised 8 kids and is now divorced. She gets half of her ex husbands retirement, and that's it. I would appreciate any help? I sent in her paperwork by fax.

I need a copy of her death certificate and all my attempts have been denied by her dad, who only wanted Deb to leave me so her dad could put her in a long term care facility. I need the certificate for our bank and many of Debra's doctors, which include creditors. I need an attorney that can request this document for me. Bill
