My ex husband has not seen our son's life, or hasn't seen him for 7 years, and my son only hears from his father when I make him call.. He is never on time with child support, and demands I talk to him on the phone rather then text, which I won't do. He hasn't had a job in 8 years and if he does it is normally under the table. I have sole custody. What would I have to do to get his right striped away so my current husband can adopt my son?

I recently went to a lab to have my annual labs drawn. I have been to this lab multiple times in the past few years. This last time, I was taken aside and presented with a bill for $ 980. dollars. from 2011 like 7 years ago. I have lived in my home for 24 years and I was never sent a bill for any labs costs. I did have health insurance at the time which should have covered it. What is the statute of limitations on medical bills?

While I was out of town, my apartment had a sewage backup, and subsequent mold infestation. Tenant was notified of the uninhabitable condition on Dec 11, met me at the property on Dec16, and offered to replace carpeting with tile. I provided written notice of uninhabitable condition on Dec 16 as well. I'd like to know several things: 1) do I have a right to demand mold inspection and remediation? 2) landlord has suspended rent as of 16th, but am I entitled to storage, moving, and/or living expenses while repairs are being completed?
