  • I've completed most of court orders except for a few fines I'm trying to get my felonies set aside but I'm at a hold up I'm not making very much money and I'm paying child support ,is there a way to get my fines quashed or reduced so my set asides can take place
  • I have a parental relationship with a 21 year old who's mother is deceased. We would like it if I could adopt him legally to solidify the family relationship, my children, this person and myself have discussed it in depth. Is this a possibility in Arizona?
  • I have raised my granddaughter since she was born. Her mother gave her to me in 2013 and never came back. She calls sometimes and comes to see her every few months. The baby's father is in prison and has had no contact with the child except for a few cards he has sent over the last 3 years. Can I file for custody due to abandonment?
  • Am I covered by the FMLA?
  • Does landlord have the right to impose a monthly fee for indoor pets when the tenant owns the mobile home and pays rent for the space only since the pet will never impact the mobile home community?
  • I just got the keys to my new place. Long story short the neighbor and his company made my girlfriend fear for her safety. When we were leaving I took the way out by his unit and he stopped my car at gunpoint because he "thought I was someone else". I want nothing to do with this place now! What can I do?
  • CAN A PLAINTIFF (VICTIM) BE ARRESTED FOR TALKING TO THE DEFENDANT WITH THE ORDER OF PROTECTION IN PLACE
  • I pay my rent and water sepratelly to my landlord- two different payments. My electric bell i pay to the electric company. Now does my landlord have the right to turn my ac off if late on rent, also if late on the water does he have the right to turn the water off and charge a late fee.
  • I was involved in a very minor collision resulting in minimal vehicle damage & no bodily harm. Accident occurred on a private parking lot which cops would not respond to so there is no reports or documentation of either parties accounts an recollection leading up to accident. Insurance information was exchanged and both parties drove away upon learning no police report would be taken. Months following were an unstable time for me and incident slipped my mind. Until this week even I received a collection letter which to the best of my knowledge is a subrogation notice. With my brief research on this, it's my understanding that I've been deemed at fault. And the insurer of other party has issued a payment covering their damage. Which they are now seeking reimbursement through me. Can I dispute or appeal an how is this done? I firmly believe that the fault is that of the other driver or at least not solely of my own, based on design and layout of parkway's as well as location of impact and damage indicated on both vehicles.
