QUESTIONS

  • Is there a free car service for seniors to get Doctors appointment and back home.
  • My apartment lease will be expiring in a few months and the new lease that has been proposed includes a new payment for a percentage of the common area utilities. The calculation is based on the total utility bill for the common areas then breaks down by square footage and number of occupants of each apartment. The monthly charges will fluctuate from month to moth as the common area charges change. My questions are is this legal? Aren't we already paying for the common area utilities by paying rent? Would this not be consider a double dip? Please advise. Thank you, Kathleen Ingram
  • I rent a room from my roommate, who is not the owner, but is it legal or allowed for him to set up a camera..video & audio..to record while he's gone at night? It's in a common room, not pointing at my room, but he did not ask me about it nor did he tell me about it and maybe explain that he was worried about blah blah. Just one day out of the blue now there's a camera. Also is it legal for him to do that using the Internet that I pay for at this apartment?
  • Hello I recently moved in my apartment on 8/15 at that time my air conditioning was not working blows out warm air. I notified the office they sent a technician over the same day. I told him my air doesn't work he TOLD me it does and changed the air filter. Which it did not. I contacted the leasing office again around 8/31. They called me left a message to speak with maintenance. I called back TWICE never got a response. My air did not get fixed until 9/16! And my electric is now shut off because I cannot pay a 850 dollar bill. Should the leasing office accommodate me for these times?
  • If I have an abandoned motorcycle on my property, how do I legally go about getting the title in my name?
  • I have 2 investment homes in AZ and my primary home in CA where I live. Short sale is not an option for me b/c I don't qualify because I have assets. My question is if I foreclose on the 2 investment homes will the lenders put liens on my primary home that has about $200k in equity? Or do I just have poor credit for 7 years?

What is a "Parenting evaluation" and what kinds of questions should I expect? Will there be an opportunity for me to provide the evaluator with inforation? Thank you!
