  • A newly licensed dentist removed all of my teeth except the front six. When he removed my bottom teeth, he did a lot of damage - splintered some of the bone, and tore out a lot of tissue. He did not even use my x-rays; instead, he hung up a dental-chart illustration and used that. He used a pliers-like instrument to violently wrench my teeth from my head, all the while sweating and swearing. He failed to anesthetize my lower front teeth and reprimanded me for flinching when he removed them in the absence of novocaine. I am still receiving bills from them. How do I file a small claim?
  • My Mother lived in and owned property in Sun City, AZ for about 30 yrs. She had two living children whom have had a rather toxic relationship. She had a living trust and her son is named Successor Trustee. In 2003 she suffered a small stroke and (while still mentally alert) she had a problem with her speaking ability. As a result, she retired as Trustee and named her son who divides his time between New Mexico and Alaska. Her son physically relocated her to New Mexico about 10 months before she passed in Feb. 2011. He had sold her property in AZ in Sept 2010 but moved all her personal belongings to his property in NM prior to that date. Her remains are interred in AZ. Which state would have jurisdiction if a probate proceeding is necessary? (i.e.- Say the Successor Trustee fails to act?)
  • I got divorced and in the decree it did not grant me permission to change my name. I took the decree to the Soc Sec office and the still processed it. I have a new Soc card and drivers license with my maiden name. But keep having trouble as it was never officially changed in the courts. Do I have to file for a name change and pay the fee or is there a way to add it into the decree so I can officially go back to my maiden name?

  • I signed a lease almost a month ago for an apartment that I have not been able to see. I keep emailing to see when one would be available, and they keep telling me that none are available. I've seen a lot of reviews for this complex noting that there is a huge roach infestation. I'm afraid that they are hiding this from me and that's why I haven't been able to be allowed in to see a model. I'm not scheduled to move for another 3 weeks. Can I back out of my lease?
  • my sons mother and i were never married and paternity has not been established. support and visitation have been by a "gentlemans" agreeement. recently however his mother has become unresponsive, threatened to leave the state and used that threat to "blackmail" me for 2,000 dollars for her unpaid rent. i love my son a great deal and would like to both prevent her leaving w/ him and obtain custody. please advise on the expeditious way to accomplish this. thanks for your help...
