  • what is the legal questions on a rental application, (I exercised my Constitution Rights 4th amendment, search & seize) on a rental question to provide bank acc #, ect.) I did not provide my acc # as I have a right to be protected of my papers, ect. I just found out, the complex, "shredded my HUD SEC 8 and complex application for not answering, my bank acc #, and who next of kin is.

He admitted over the phone that the $215 was a mistake. Should I now make him send a corrected 5 day notice. I'm scared if I only pay May's rent he can still screw me over since the 5 day notice says I owe another $215.
