QUESTIONS

  • I rent a home, pay the mortgage payment directly to mortgage company. I found out the actual owner is having all her real property siezed by the government due to money laundering. If she cannot prove home was purchased legally. Since I have been making my monthly payments to a mortgage company for the past 3 years do I have any rights?

  • I have sold my manufactured home (Personal property?) on a rented lot in AJ. Are there any rules or regulations as to who and how the check for the sale is sent to me? Can my broker and/or agent deposit the money for me in an account if I'm not able to attend the closing? Thank you.
